Nichola Servante

REALTOR® / Founder

Nichola was born and raised in Edmonton and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2008. She currently works with RE/MAX River City and strives to exceed expectations when it comes to both her clients and industry practices. Nichola is a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to putting her clients’ needs ahead of her own. 

As a lifelong resident of Edmonton, Nichola is thoroughly familiar with the city and its surrounding areas, including the neighbourhoods, amenities, transportation systems, new developments, and much, much more. Whether you are buying or selling, Nichola uses her knowledge and expertise to make closing the deal a breeze.

Nichola is outgoing in both her business and personal life. When she’s done closing deals across the city, she can be found going out with friends, reading, doing yoga, meditating, or traveling the world.

Nichola believes that all clients relationships should be just that: relationships! And the foundation for any good relationship, whether it’s a working relationship or one with your partner, is communication and trust.

Michael was born in Alberta, has lived in the greater Edmonton area for over 35 years and has been active in the world of Real Estate since 2013.

Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Michael worked as a Consultant in the Residential Development industry with a background in Construction Management and Landscape Architecture.  Furthermore, Michael has been a keen investor in Edmonton real estate for several years.

As a Real Estate professional with RE/MAX, education is among his top core values. He is continually learning from the very best the industry has to offer as well as working alongside an experienced partner, who has been continually a top agent in the Edmonton area. Michael strives to utilize that education in ensuring his clients are always well prepared and confident in making one of the biggest investments they are likely to make.

When Michael is not with clients, his favourite place to be is spending time with his wife and partner Nichola and dog Rosco!  A perfect day off is cooking a big breakfast together at home, a walk in the river valley, followed by a beer at a local hot spot, then home for a BBQ and family time in the backyard.

This Edmonton based pup graduated top of his class in both obedience and agility training, and spends his free time volunteering as a Welcoming Ambassador at his local Doggie Day Care.

He is always the first one in the office and is responsible for boosting company morale, making sure everyone knows the doorbell rang, and ensuring mandatory walk breaks are always taken. 

Sometimes he shows up to casual Friday, wearing only a tie!
