Nichola was born and raised in Edmonton and has been a licensed REALTOR® since August 2008. She currently works with RE/MAX River City and strives to exceed expectations when it comes to both her clients and industry practices.

Named Rookie of the Year in 2008 and BNI Member of the Year in 2014, Nichola is a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to putting her clients’ needs ahead of her own.

As a lifelong resident of Edmonton, Nichola is thoroughly familiar with the city and its surrounding areas, including the neighbourhoods, amenities, transportation systems, new developments, and much, much more.
